  1. Firstly take cubed watermelon, coconut milk, honey and vanilla essence into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture properly.
  3. Now pour the mixture into a cake pan or any other container.
  4. Let the mixture freeze for 3 hours or till it is hardened.
  5. Break frozen watermelon mixture into chunks and place back in the blender.
  6. Again churn the mixture into the blender until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  7. Pour the mixture back and freeze it for 30 minutes.
  8. Enjoy chilled and refreshing watermelon ice-cream.
