Grilled Chicken with Black pepper sauce is one wholesome dish served along with some sides like salads, fries, potato wedges, herbed rice, corn on the cob etc. Every chicken lover relish this dish.
I marinated the chicken breasts in Indian spices and grilled them on a grill pan. You can even grill them in the oven. Along with it i prepared some creamy black pepper sauce with some fresh cream, freshly grounded black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and a secret ingredient i.e. dark rum.I have used old monk but you can even use some scotch whisky. It enhances the taste of the sauce. And finally served it with some spicy potato wedges and coriander rice.
This dish turned out to be wholesome, fulfilling and scrumptious.

Grilled Chicken with Black Pepper Sauce Recipe
Instructions
For Grilled chicken
Take Chicken breast, beat it with a knife or hammer and make some cuts so that the chicken gets marinated well.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients for marination. Mix well.
Add chicken breast and let it marinate for at least for half an hour.
Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken from both the sides until cooked properly.
For Black Pepper Sauce
Heat some oil in a pan, add onions and saute them until they turn pink.
Add garlic paste or chopped garlic and again saute it for few seconds.
Add dark rum or scotch whisky and let it evaporate a little.
Add Black pepper powder and mix well.
Now add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and some water. Let it come to a boil.
Add fresh cream on a low flame and mix well. Let it cook for a minute.
Serve hot grilled chicken with black pepper sauce along with potato wedges and coriander rice.
