Baked Herb and Garlic Potato Wedges

Potato is one of the most loved vegetable among kids as well as adults. And who doesn’t love these crispy, flavorful and baked potato wedges. It is one of the most loved dish in parties be it a birthday party, wedding or a small get together. Potato wedges can served as a side dish or even just as snack.

Potato wedges can be fried or baked. I tried my hands on these amazing baked potato wedges which came out super crispy and healthier than the deep fried ones. I have added dried herbs, you can also add fresh herbs. Also i have used sea salt which gives a distinct flavor to the wedges, you can also use normal salt as per choice and availability. Similarly you can even add Parmesan cheese . I have not added in my recipe.

Instructions
  1. Wash, peel and cut the potato into wedges. 
  2. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add Potatoes and mix well.
  4. Line a baking tray and line the potatoes on the tray.
  5. Bake the potatoes in a preheated for 30 minutes at 200°C. Turn the potatoes half way through so that it can be baked from from the sides nicely.
  6. Serve hot with Ketchup or a dip or as a side dish.
