Sitaphal/Custard Apple Ice-Cream is a must eat ice-cream when the fruit is in season. It is very easy to make and does not require cooking. It is a very refreshing fruit based dessert. The cream , milk and milk powder adds to the creaminess of the ice-cream. Custard apple itself is a very delicious fruit which easily found in India when in season. It takes very less time to make this ice-cream, the only time is spent on taking out the pulp from the fruit.

Instructions
In a bowl add milk, milk powder, cream and powdered sugar. Mix well so that there are no lumps in the mixture. Note.- All the ingredients must be on room temperature to avoid lumps.
Add custard apple pulp and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a container and freeze till it is semi set for about an hour.
In a grinder, churn the mixture and pour it back into the container and freeze again. You can repeat this step again if you want. Churning makes the ice- cream more creamy and free of ice-crystals.
