Guacamole is a Mexican dip or salad which is made from avocado. It is a very quick, easy and healthy recipe.   1. Cut the avocado from the center and remove the pulp.
  2. Add lemon juice and chopped garlic. Mash the avocados with a masher properly.
  3. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, black salt and green chillies.
  4. Serve Guacamole with chips, nachos, garlic bread or stuff it in between breads to make a grilled sandwich.
