Summers are for Ice-cream. And Chocolate one is just heavenly. And what if you can make it at home very easily which tastes as good as the market ones.
This chocolate ice-cream is made without eggs, condensed milk and ice-cream maker. Anything better than this? It turns out super tasty, creamy and chocolaty. Only thing required is everything should be chilled while preparing the ice-cream, the ingredients, mixing bowl and ice-cream box.

Chocolate Ice-cream (Egg-less)
Instructions
Heat the milk in a pan and reduce it to less than half by boiling it on medium flame. Keep on stirring. When reduced to half add sugar and mix it well until the sugar melts. Let it cool down and let it chill in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, In a chilled bowl add cold whipped cream and whip it until it form soft peaks. Let it chill in the refrigerator.
When everything is chilled, add cocoa powder, coffee powder and vanilla essence and mix well.
Now add the reduced milk and mix well.
Transfer the mix into a chilled airtight box in which you want to freeze the ice-cream. Let it freeze for 6-7 hours.
Enjoy chilled in a cone ,bowl or with some dessert.
