Burhani Raita

Burhani raita is a very simple, quick, creamy and yet delicious raita from Hyderabadi Cuisine. It is mostly served with Biryani. But the ingredient which adds flavour to the raita is garlic. You can add minced garlic to the raita or fry garlic in oil or ghee and then add to the raita. But some people do not prefer chewing raw garlic, so this recipe is the best choice as i have garlic juice in raita instead of minced garlic.
