Raw Mango Chutney Recipe

Summers are here and so are our King of Fruits. Yes, you guessed it right “Mangoes”. Everyone loves Mango. There are so many things you can make out of it pickles, chutney, shakes,smoothies,sorbet or can just have it directly.

This is a sweet, spicy and tangy version of chutney. A very quick, easy and delicious recipe which is a must try. It can served as a dip with chips or as sides in main-course.

  1. In a pan, heat some ghee or oil. Add kalonji and fennel seeds and saute it for few seconds.
  2. Now add raw mangoes and salt. Cover it for 5 minutes until the mangoes are cooked.
  3. Add red chili powder and sugar. Cook it for another 5 minutes.
  4. Let it cool down and serve.
